Payment

What system are we using to take payment?

We are currently using PayPal as our payment system. The account is registered under the name “Great Pair Com.” Note that while the PayPal account name may not exactly match our website’s name, it is the official name used for our payments.

Want to cancel or put a hold on the payment?

Please, if you have any problems, contact us directly. Do not place a hold on the payment, as it really affects us and prevents us from helping you as quickly as we would like. Send a direct email to greatpaircompany@gmail.com.

Shipping

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that shipping costs will be added at checkout. We also run regular discounts and promotions throughout the year, so be sure to keep an eye out for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery times depend on your location. Orders processed domestically will typically arrive within 5–10 business days, while overseas deliveries usually take between 15–24 business days. You’ll receive detailed delivery information in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

I haven’t received a confirmation for my order?
