What’s more, unlike Adjustable Height Heel Lifts that are held together with an adhesive, the vinyl plastic layers of the Clearly Adjustable Heel Lifts have a natural tendency to adhere to each other with out the need for adhesives so they can be peeled and re-stuck an almost unlimited number of times. If you need a lift that is greater than 1/2 inch you can combine two lifts by interlacing matching layers to create a single lift up to 1 inch high.
