The Powerstep® IT Knee Band provides targeted compression over the Iliotibial Band to help alleviate pain and discomfort on the lateral (outer) side of the leg, just above the knee. The cushioning gel pad targets the inflammation and pain associated with Iliotibial Band Syndrome (ITBS). Soft materials and fully adjustable strap allow for comfortable wear. Universal size fits knee circumference up to 19", measured just above knee. X-Large fits 19"+.
