Wear Heel-So-Smooth sleeves at least 3 times per week while you sleep or rest. Pull on gently and make sure the Moisture Zone covers heel area. Store in a cool place when not in use. The moisturizing properties of Visco-Gel may last up to three months with normal use. Care: Hand wash in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in a towel and air dry completely before reuse. Sprinkle with talcum powder if gel becomes tacky.
