Tandy Leather Oval Buckle Blank

Tandy's buckle blanks make it easy for you to design your own buckles. For 1-1/2" (38 mm) to 1-3/4" (4.4 cm) belts. Buckle measures approx. 3-7/16" x 2-3/8". Fits buckle leather #4582-00.
